Salon Policies

 

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. Please notify us within 48 hours if you are dissatisfied with our services. Redo appointments will usually be accommodated within 7 days. If the client schedules beyond this time, or chooses to reschedule, the appointment is no longer considered a redo and charges may apply.

The longevity of chemical services depend on each individual. Many factors play a part! The health of your hair, the texture, how often you wash it, the temperature of the water you use, whether you swim, your exposure to the elements, the quality of the water you have at your home, what minerals are present in it, the medications you take, and the products that you use in your hair. Certain services at Dimensions Hair Studio will not be guaranteed without the purchase of at-home maintenance products purchased directly from us.

 

We do not ask for any type of fees for missed appointments, however, cancellations are required 24 hours prior to a scheduled appointment. Multiple last minute cancellations, no-shows, or constant moving of appointments will result in being accommodated on a walk-in basis only or will require a 50% non refundable deposit to make any future appointments. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

We require a $50 deposit to schedule a Brazilian Blowout, a perm, and certain color services/fashion colors. This deposit will be applied to your bill the day of your service. Cancellations are required at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment or you will forfeit your deposit. 

We accept Visa and MasterCard. Tips cannot be added to credit or debit cards, but can be given in cash or sent through Venmo to your stylist. There is a $50 fee for all returned checks.

If you are more than 10 minutes late for a scheduled appointment, we may ask that you reschedule for another time. We want to make sure that we have quality time to take care of you and our other clients that are scheduled for the day.

If you purchased a product from us and it's not working out for you, we would be happy to exchange it for something that will better suit your needs. However, we do not offer refunds on retail purchases and we cannot accept any product returned that is old or has been used more than a few times.

Any hot tool purchased is only guaranteed by the manufacturers warranty and can only be returned for store credit within 5 days of original purchase with proof of purchase. 

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

We cannot replace lost or stolen gift certificates under ANY circumstances.

We ask that you keep all children in the lobby, as there are many dangers in a salon. Never allow children near the stations unless they are getting a haircut. Serious, life threatening injuries have resulted from children playing on a stylists chair. We will not be held liable for any injury if you allow your children to play with or on any of our salon equipment.
